I will begin my reading teaching this year with reviewing the strategies that work with my students. The strategies include making connections, visualization, determining importance, synthesizing, questioning and inferring. I'm currently working on lesson plans for these. Last year I had lots of success by having students constantly use these as they read. I've made some
